Archetype XIX:

L'archetipo è il principio primo, il primo elemento, il modello preesistente della realtà. Ho creato delle forme concettuali di come immagino gli archetipi in resina colorata ad acrilico e foglia d'oro. Fotografandoli in uno spazio irreale ho accentuato il loro luogo metafisico di residenza, dando origine ad un penetrante effetto onirico di chiaroscuro. Quest'opera appartiene ad una serie dal titolo "Synthetic Worlds", in cui sono rappresentati dei mondi alternativi alla realtà.

The archetype is the first principle, the first element, the pre-existing model of reality. I created some conceptual forms of how I imagine the archetypes in resin painted with acrylic colors and gold leaf. I photographed them in an unreal space. I accentuated their metaphysical place of residence, giving rise to a penetrating dreamlike effect of chiaroscuro. This work belongs to a series entitled "Synthetic Worlds", in which are represented alternative worlds to reality.
