Qui l'anima, la psiche, volando incontra Amore e lui subito al suo passaggio si tinge di rosso. L’anima dissetandosi dell’amore di Cupido a sua volta si tinge di rosso. In Cupid and Psyche I, viene rappresentato il mito di amore e psiche. Amore il cuore, illuminato da Psiche, l’anima, rappresentata dalle farfalle che giocosamente gli volano intorno. Questo lavoro appartiene alla serie intitolata "Way back into Soul", in cui sono rappresentati antichi miti in chiave moderna.

"Apollo II" è una variazione di "Apollo I" e rappresenta il mito del dio solare Apollo che termina il suo volo diurno nel giardino delle Esperidi, dove si riposa durante la notte, mentre le tre sorelle danzano per mano. Apollo ha le sembianze di Elvis Presley, che viene rappresentato come dio della musica alla guida della sua BMW 507. Sul cinturino del suo orologio c'è un codice QR che può essere scansionato con il cellulare per ascoltare una melodia ispirata all'opera, realizzata al piano dall'artista. Questo lavoro appartiene alla serie intitolata "Way back into Soul", in cui sono rappresentati antichi miti in chiave moderna.

"Apollo II" is a variant of "Apollo I" and represents the myth of the solar god Apollo who ends his diurnal flight in the garden of the Hesperides, where he rests during the night, while the three sisters dance by the hand. SUPERMAN'S DRESS

Superman fa parte della nostra mitologia moderna, creato nel 1933 da Jerry Siegel e Joe Shuster incarna il mito del semidio, un essere che venuto da un altro mondo su di una navicella spaziale, diventa un dio sulla terra, ma possiede pure le nostre debolezze umane. Di giorno si traveste da giornalista e lavora per il Daily Planet, indossando un abito blu, una cravatta rossa e degli occhiali da vista neri. Quando accade qualcosa per cui occorre la sua presenza di supereroe, si toglie i vestiti abituali e viene alla luce la sua vera identità. L'abito blu e il mantello rosso rappresentano l'iconografia di questo mito. Naturalmente il suo punto debole non poteva che essere qualcosa di verde, la Kriptonite, che provenendo dal suo pianeta natale, ormai distrutto, gli toglie tutti i poteri e una esposizione protratta lo può perfino uccidere. La morte è già avvenuta da tempo e naturalmente come tutti gli dei non poteva che risorgere. I colori delle vesti non sono mai scelti per caso. Lo studio dei colori degli abiti nella storia dell'arte ci ha fatto capire che il blu appartiene alla sfera del cielo, degli angeli, dell'anima, mentre il rosso alla sfera terrestre delle passioni terrene, infine il giallo al sapere, al pensiero divino. Un essere divino, celeste che indossa un manto rosso terrestre. Non è la prima volta che lo incontriamo.
