Tre sono le forze dell’anima umana: pensare, sentire, volere. Feeling rappresenta con la sua forma allungata una foglia stilizzata composta da più veli che sibila al vento un vaticinio, quello dato dal sentire. Come la sibilla Cumana profetizzava trascrivendo i suoi esametri su foglie di palma, così i versi ricamati su veli colorati rosso e blu, la cui fusione rappresenta il sentire, trasmettono quello che il divino vuol far capire all’uomo moderno: cercate di amarvi l’un l’altro, trasformate l’egoismo in amore per l’altro. 

Questo lavoro appartiene alla serie intitolata "Way back into Soul", in cui sono rappresentati antichi miti in chiave moderna.

Synopsis

There are three forces of the human soul: thinking, feeling and willing. Feeling represents with its elongated shape a stylized leaf made up of several veils that hisses in the wind a prophecy, the one given by feeling. As the Cumaean sibyl prophesied by transcription of her hexameters on palm leaves, so the verses embroidered on red and blue colored veils, whose fusion represents feeling, convey what the divine wants modern man to understand: try to love each other the one another, transform selfishness into love for the other.

This work belongs to a series entitled "Way back into Soul", in which ancient myths are represented in a modern way.

What does being do?

Answer: Thinks. This work focuses on this question and its answer. Starting from the Parmenidean thesis which indicates being as the whole, it can be noted that the four kingdoms are: the mineral kingdom represented on the left; the vegetable kingdom in the center; the animal kingdom on the right and finally the human kingdom below, have been generated by the thought that is in the center and represented as a winged cosmic egg. Thought here becomes the symbol of the spirit as creator of the real world and this is nothing but its condensation. All is thought, all is spirit.

Risposta: Pensa. Questa opera è incentrata su questa domanda e la sua risposta. Partendo dalla tesi Parmenidea che indica l’essere come il tutto, si può notare come i quattro regni: il regno minerale rappresentato a sinistra; il regno vegetale al centro; il regno animale a destra e infine il regno umano in basso, siano stati generati dal pensiero che sta al centro e raffigurato come uovo cosmico alato. Il pensiero qui diviene il simbolo dello spirito come creatore del mondo reale e questo non è altro che una sua condensazione. Tutto è pensiero, tutto è spirito.

"Topaz”,

In "Topaz", la cui traduzione è Topazio, viene rappresentato il minerale in primo piano con incisa la runa Perth la cui capacità è di rigenerazione e di donare entusiasmo. Il Topazio è indicato come nona pietra di fondazione delle mura della Città Santa nell’apocalisse di Giovanni e indica l’apostolo Pietro. La pietra poggia sopra un tappeto pandaghi del XIX secolo, della Georgia. Il tappeto è un omaggio al divino e per sua natura crea un’atmosfera mistica, ad ogni nodo intrecciato è legato il pensiero di chi lo ha lavorato dedicandovi ore della propria vita. Su di un tappeto persiano è stato scritto: “Hanno filato la sua trama col filo dell’anima”. 

Gli attributi di Pietro sono la barca che indica il suo lavoro di pescatore. Le due chiavi del paradiso appese, una d’oro e l’altra in argento, hanno il potere di legare e sciogliere i legami tra cielo e terra. Il gallo simboleggia il suo rinnegamento a Cristo per tre volte. Questo lavoro appartiene alla serie intitolata "Way back into Soul", in cui sono rappresentati antichi miti in chiave moderna.

In “Topaz", the mineral is represented in the foreground engraved with the Perth rune, it has the ability is for regeneration and to give enthusiasm. Topaz is indicated as the ninth foundation stone of the walls of the Holy City in the apocalypse of John and indicates the apostle Peter. The stone rests on a 19th-century pandaghi carpet from Georgia. The carpet is a tribute to the divine and by its nature creates a mystical atmosphere, the thoughts of those who worked on it are linked to each intertwined knot, dedicating hours of their lives to it. On a Persian carpet it was written: "They spun its weft with the thread of the soul". Peter's attributes are the boat that indicates his work as a fisherman. The two hanging keys of heaven, one in gold and the other in silver, have the power to bind and untie the ties between heaven and earth. The rooster symbolizes his denial to Christ three times. This work belongs to a series entitled "Way back into Soul", in which ancient myths are represented in a modern way.

In "Chrysolite", la cui traduzione è Crisolite, viene rappresentato il minerale in primo piano con incisa la runa Jera, la cui capacità è di sviluppare la pazienza e di entrare in sintonia con la natura.

La Crisolite è indicata come settima pietra di fondazione delle mura della Città Santa nell’apocalisse di Giovanni e indica l’apostolo Giovanni. Accanto alla pietra vi sono rappresentati alcuni attributi dell’apostolo, l’acquila e il calice con dentro la serpe. La pietra poggia sopra un tappeto Pandaghi, della Georgia del XIX secolo e ha sullo sfondo un tappeto Ru-farshi del Mazandaran del XX secolo. Il tappeto è un omaggio al divino e per sua natura crea un’atmosfera mistica, ad ogni nodo intrecciato è legato il pensiero di chi lo ha lavorato dedicandovi ore della propria vita. Su di un tappeto persiano è stato scritto: “Hanno filato la sua trama col filo dell’anima”. Questo lavoro appartiene alla serie intitolata "Way back into Soul", in cui sono rappresentati antichi miti in chiave moderna.

Chrysolite is indicated as the septh foundation stone of the walls of the Holy City in the apocalypse of John and indicates the apostle John. Next to the stone there are represented some attributes of the apostle, the eagle and the chalice with the snake inside. The stone rests on a Pandaghi carpet from 19th century Georgia and a 20th century Ru-farshi carpet from Mazandaran in the background. The carpet is a tribute to the divine and by its nature creates a mystical atmosphere, the thoughts of those who worked on it are linked to each intertwined knot, dedicating hours of their lives to it. In "The dream of Psyche", la cui traduzione è Il sogno di Psiche, viene rappresentato il mito di Amore e Psiche. Qui l'anima, la psiche, volando incontra Amore e lui subito al suo passaggio si tinge di rosso, innamorandosi di lei. 

L’anima dissetandosi dell’amore di Cupido a sua volta si tinge di rosso. Questo lavoro appartiene alla serie intitolata "Way back into Soul", in cui sono rappresentati antichi miti in chiave moderna.

In "The dream of Psyche", the myth of Cupid and Psyche is represented. Here the soul, the psyche, flying to him meets Cupid and he immediately turns red as she passes by, falling in love with her. La Corniola è indicata come sesta pietra di fondazione delle mura della Città Santa nell’apocalisse di Giovanni e indica l’apostolo Tommaso. Accanto alla pietra vi sono rappresentati alcuni attributi dell’apostolo, la squadra, il libro e la lancia. La pietra poggia sopra un tappeto Palas, del Tajikestan del XIX secolo. Il tappeto è un omaggio al divino e per sua natura crea un’atmosfera mistica, ad ogni nodo intrecciato è legato il pensiero di chi lo ha lavorato dedicandovi ore della propria vita. Su di un tappeto persiano è stato scritto: “Hanno filato la sua trama col filo dell’anima”. Elvis Presley as Apollo

This site goes on vacation, I leave you with two works related to the figure of Elvis Presley. Just this year a film was released as a tribute to him. In these paintings he is represented as the god Apollo.

Questo sito va in vacanza, vi lascio con due opere legate alla figura di Elvis Presley. Proprio quest'anno è uscito un film in omaggio a lui. In questi dipinti è rappresentato come il dio Apollo.
